At Silver Lake Smile Family Dentistry, our top priority is to provide you with the highest quality dental care tailored to your individual needs.

 

Our office is no longer a contracted provider with most insurance plans, the good news is that your plan may still provide coverage for care received outside of its preferred provider network. This means you can continue receiving care with us while using your out-of-network benefits.  As a result, payment for services will be due at the time of your appointment. However, as a courtesy, we will still submit your insurance claim on your behalf. Your insurance will then reimburse you according to your policy’s terms
