​Dr. David Ong is a current member of the American Dental Association and continues to enhance his dental skills by attending continuing education classes/seminars on various topics through Spears, Gnathos, and other dental seminars.  Dr. Ong is a Marquette University School of Dentistry graduate, B.S. in Biomedical Sciences & minor in Biology & Chemistry and past class president.  Dr. Ong participates in medical/dental missions in his home country of the Philippines every 2 years. Being able to provide care for the less fortunate is one of his passions. If he is not working you can find him fishing with his 2 boys and wife, Kristina where they live in White Bear Township where he also grew up in.  

 

Dr. Cecily Giaquinto has been a wonderful addition to the Silver Lake Smile Family.  Before joining the family she worked at Hennepin Health in Minneapolis.  She is a "foodie", she loves trying new restaurants and  expanding her tastes buds.

Kristina- Office Manager/Licensed Dental Assistant

Kristina has been a dental assistant for 13+ years.  Her passion is working with children, helping them understand the importance of good oral hygiene and making dental visits fun.  Kristina and her husband participates in medical/dental missions every two years to the Philippines.  During that time they see over 200 patients providing dental work such as fillings, extractions, and sealants. Kristina resides in White Bear Lake with her husband David and two sons Rock and Nico.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and baking.

Morgan- Dental Hygienist

Morgan is passionate for oral care and loves to connect with each and every patient. Her favorite part of dentistry is working together with patients to achieve a healthy smile! When not working, Morgan loves to spend time outdoors, watch and play sports as well as spend time with her family and friends

Vanessa- Dental Hygienist

Vanessa is our newest addition to the team. Vanessa grew up in New Brighton, attended dental hygiene school in Wisconsin and came back to New Brighton to serve her community.

Hi, I’m Janmae! I’m from the Philippines but have spent most of my life in Minnesota, and I love it here! In my downtime, you’ll find me trying out new recipes in the kitchen, laughing with my favorite people, or out for a walk to enjoy the fresh air. Working at Silver Lake Smiles has been a rewarding experience—I’m part of a great team committed to helping our patients maintain healthy, happy smiles.
